about us
The effects of COVID-19 pandemic followed by more difficult financing conditions due to high inflation and interest rate are influencing economic behaviour in all sectors of the economy. Lifestyle changes have opened up new preferences for locations to live, as people have sought more spacious and affordable homes. These demands, along with the growing population, housing shortages and increased awareness of the environmental impact of property development, are shifting our relationship with the places we occupy. We are tackling these challenges which will require new approaches to housing and community design and development.
While still perceiving a trend towards redevelopment of existing properties into apartment properties or a new construction, we are constantly looking into alternative segments such as Build-To-Rent, a new asset type with significant value-added potential.

We already diversified our portfolio and included BTR coliving units (cosyliving.lu). We see the coliving as new asset type coming to a market, being a graduation from student housing.
