While still perceiving a trend towards redevelopment of existing properties such as large villas or single houses into apartment properties or new construction, we are constantly looking into alternative segments such as coliving, a new asset type with significant value-added potential.
We already diversified our portfolio and included buy-to-rent coliving units (cosyliving.lu), with a view to obtain a higher yield on investment. We see the coliving as new asset type coming to a market, being a graduation from student housing.
